Hatha Flow Yoga
My teaching style is flowing and often taught to inspiring music which helps to focus a wandering mind and enables the body to move freely and with ease. My yoga classes are suitable for all levels and I make time for all of my students. I welcome questions and offer adjustments where needed, as well as offering alternative poses to suite the level of a students experience. Each class ends with a short guided relaxation so you leave feeling calm and soothed as well as stretched and strengthened.
Raggs keeps you working steadily from start to finish with a good, concise instruction. Really enjoying the classes – a good class makes you feel healthy and relaxed afterwards! Would recommend for experienced yoga practitioners and beginners alike.

Raggs is a wonderful teacher. Her classes are a good mix of stretching and relaxing; you can go at your own pace and she is very attentive whenever necessary, so you feel safe that all the moves are of optimum benefit. The sequence of postures is very well thought out and there is often a lovely flow of energy between them. She allows you to make the most of the class which suits you personally. Highly recommended!
