Raggs's yoga classes are welcoming to all, whatever your level or experience. The group is friendly, relaxed and down to earth. There is plenty of variety in the practise, often with options for more advanced or gentler versions for a position. I have seen improvement in my practise, with Raggs's encouragement and her gentle adjustments. I would highly recommend her classes, whatever your level, there is no sense of competition, and you are allowed to smile, particularly if like me, you occasionally lose your balance!
I've been attending Raggs yoga classes for several years now. Raggs is an amazing teacher, who always explains what we will be focusing on and gives clear instruction of each pose. The classes are great for any level yoga and there is always something new to learn. Highly recommended!

Raggs teaches our lunchtime class at Zone Digital - I look forward to it every week! She's a patient and kind teacher, who always tailors the pace to our groups ability and makes it a fun experience for everyone who pops along! I started going to Raggs yoga class to help with my poor posture, which it did... but it has fixed more than that, it has improved my IBS and taught me to relax, and as my strength grew so did my inner strength, which I contribute to changes I have made in my life. Raggs is a brilliant and supportive teacher, who makes time for everyone in the class - I love it.
I've been attending classes with Raggs for about a year and have really enjoyed the classes, hence why I continue to come back! Raggs is a great teacher and really helps me to feel relaxed yet well-stretched at the end of a long day at work...sets me up for the rest of the week! She is very calm and relaxed but makes sure we are not doing any poses incorrectly and offers alternative poses where necessary.
I had been going to Raggs' regular Hatha class for a few years after trying many teachers across the city. I switched to her pregnancy class from weeks 14 -39. Her classes are incredibly special. She provides a magic blend where you leave totally relaxed, but a little bit sweaty :) She encourages you to connect with your baby & pregnant body in a way that becomes so helpful throughout the actual birth. I genuinely felt so excited to get to her class every Tuesday and it's one of the best things I have ever done for myself 💜Thank you Raggs!
