South Bristol Yoga has been running yoga classes in BS3 since 2005. My name is Raggs and I teach Hatha Flow Yoga, Pre Natal Pregnancy Yoga, Beginners Yoga, one to one sessions and yoga in the work place.
All of my classes are suitable for intermediate and beginner students, all ages, shapes and sizes. My classes are non competitive, they are encouraging and enjoyable and you will leave feeling stronger, stretched, grounded and relaxed.
Yoga has changed my life for the better and I know it can do the same for you.
